As per a French outlet, Get French Football News, Chelsea has inquired about one of Leicester City players in a very low profile discussion. 24-year old midfielder N’Golo Kante has been tipped to be nominated for PFA player of the year award this season and the Blues have approached Leicester City over a transfer move for the French midfielder at the end of the season.
Chelsea are looking to strengthen in the summer with several Blues players being linked with an outward move from Stamford Bridge. N’Golo has had an impressive season so far and has been one of the key players that has made Leicester City’s dream run possible.
The Blues will not be playing Champions League football next season and if N’Golo wants that then it will be unlikely that the player will move to London. However given that Chelsea has enormous financial power, the player may be tempted to move to Stamford Bridge for a higher wage.
