Florent Malouda want Kylian Mbappe to join Chelsea despite Real Madrid interest
Florent Malouda wants Kylian Mbappe to sign for Chelsea despite interest from Real Madrid. Mbappe, who was on the verge of joining Real Madrid during the previous winter transfer window, decided to stay with Paris Saint-Germain for an additional two years.
Even though the 24-year-old’s contract only has one year left, (Transfermarkt) it is believed he has the option to extend it by another year. Mbappe, who always wanted to play for Real Madrid and may join them in future.
Malouda, who played for Chelsea between 2007 and 2013, urges Mbappe to firmly consider coming to the Premier League. He believes the Blues can assemble a squad centred around the French superstar.
As Reported by AS, (h/t Daily Mail), the former Chelsea player said:
“I have been campaigning for Mbappe to join Chelsea for a long time. So far, I’ve failed, but I’ll keep trying. Hopefully we’ll see him in the Premier League, because it’s the most competitive league in the world.”
”There aren’t many teams that can give him what he wants, and there aren’t many teams that can build around him.”
Mbappe will undoubtedly add a wealth of expertise to the team despite his young age, but signing him has drawbacks as well. He will want extremely high wages from Chelsea if they want to sign him, but he should undoubtedly prove his value on the pitch.
He will also want to play in every game, and we already have enough players on the left flank, including Mykhaylo Mudryk, Christian Pulisic, and Raheem Sterling. Although he is a great goal scorer and may also be employed as a striker.

Given that he wants to play in the Champions League and that our chances of finishing in the top four have been entirely swept away, it would be quite improbable that he would join Chelsea.
