Chelsea target Moises Caicedo has changed agents to prepare for his future move
According to Transfer Expert Fabrizio Romano, Moises Caicedo, who has been a Chelsea target, has changed his agents to prepare for his future move.
The Ecuador international has decided that his new agents will be Manuel Sierra (Futbol Division) and Ali Barat. The latter represents Caicedo’s fellow countryman Piero Hincapie of Bayer Leverkusen.
Along with Chelsea, the Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder has been linked with a host of top Premier League clubs, including Liverpool and Manchester United.
A few weeks ago, it was reported that the Seagulls have set a price tag of £70m on the player. It remains to be seen whether their stance stays the same if the midfielder is keen on a move.
Caicedo is a dynamic and versatile midfield player who can either operate as a number eight in a box-to-box role or play the deeper-lying midfield position.
He is excellent on the ball, can carry it to the final third, is good at tackling, covers the ground pretty quickly and has a good shot in him. In short, he is an all-round package to improve most midfield departments in Europe.
We have lacked someone like him on the side since N’Golo Kante‘s injury issues. Caicedo is no Kante experience-wise, but he has the qualities to do what the great Frenchman used to do for us.
So, it would make a lot of sense if we keep a close eye on the developments of the Ecuadorian, see what his future plans are post the agent change and make a bid when the opportunity arises.

We are also doing our best to forge a deal to sign Enzo Fernandez. If in some dreamy world, we sign both Fernandez and Caicedo, the midfield department will have an upgrade of high quality.
