AC Milan are interested in signing three Chelsea players in the winter window, according to the Sun.
The report claims that Milan have already spoken to the Blues about signing Cesc Fabregas, Gary Cahill and Andreas Christensen.
Cahill and Christensen are not the first-choice pairing at the Blues under Maurizio Sarri. The report claims Cahill will leave the club at the end of his contract in the summer while the Dane has also threatened the leave the club if he doesn’t get playing time.
The report adds that Chelsea are looking to move for Daniele Rugani and that would push the pair of defenders further down the order.
It is a similar story of sorts with Fabregas. The Spaniard cannot get regular time on the pitch under Sarri and is out of contract at the end of the season.
The January window would be the last opportunity for us to get something for the former Barcelona star, however, Milan are only looking at loan deals in the winter window, as per the report.
The trio won’t play regularly for us this season, but sending all of them out on loan looks a bit of a drastic step.

We need to keep cover for our starters, and the likes of Fabregas and Christensen could still do a decent job for us when called upon.
