Chelsea kept the pressure on Tottenham after a 2-1 win over high-flying Burnley. The Blues have had a tough time in recent games but the win kept us five points behind Spurs with four games left in the season.
With the FA Cup semi-final on the horizon, Antonio Conte made a number of changes to the starting XI with Cesc Fabregas and Willian being rested and Eden Hazard only coming on as a second-half substitute.
The opening goal came in the 20th minute when Kevin Long scored an own goal. Burnley, who are seventh in the table, levelled in the 64th minute through Ashley Barnes.
However, Victor Moses became our unlikely saviour and scored in the 69th minute to keep us in the hunt for Champions League football next season.
One of the talking points was the fact that we played with two strikers up top for the first time in many years. Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud started as the front-two and that certainly raised a few eyebrows, to say the least.
Twitter was full of great reactions and here are some of the best.
Happy that we won tonight, even if the performance was pretty average. We are heading into the Semi-Finals of the FA Cup with confidence which is key.
Now 5 point behind Spurs. Top 4 is still possible, but not a guarantee. Have to see what happens now.

I love Sean Dyche. Gets asked if Moses was giving Burnley trouble tonight and responds with magic….
“They’ve got so many players who can cause you problems, did you see that little guy, that they brought on from the bench, he ain’t half bad is he?” 😂#BURCHE #CFC #Hazard pic.twitter.com/itzUuEIVs9

I actually liked @TimoeB08 performance today. He looked strong and kept the game simple. I hope this season he would of learnt from his experience & help us next season. He does have the potential & just needs to use the ball better. #CFC

Imagine if we had won the West Ham game and drawn the Spurs games, which were our home games. We would be level with them 😡 !! So frustrating!!! #CFC

Dodgy photo aside, Giroud was the first to celebrate with the #cfc fans…has become very popular, very quickly, given he came from #afc pic.twitter.com/xIskHQPSz7

Back-to-back Chelsea wins for the first time in 2018, & plenty for Conte to consider ahead of Sunday’s trip to Wembley #cfc
