Didier Drogba is going to miss Ivory Coast’s match against Rwanda on Saturday following the concussion he suffered against Norwich on Saturday.
The 33-year-old, had lengthy treatment on the pitch before being carried off on and taken to hospital. The result of a scan were positive, and he was given the all-clear from serious injury.
He had been expected to fly to Africa to meet his team-mates but is staying in London, so that the Chelsea’s medical staff can continue to keep an eye on him.
