The transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, has revealed the most recent transfer news on Benjamin Sesko, the RB Leipzig striker in whom Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United are all interested. The young talent is still exploring his options with the Premier League giants.
Fabrizio Romano shed light on Sesko’s transfer rumours in his exclusive Daily Briefing column for Caught Offside, stating:
“The most important thing for Benjamin Šeško to decide upon first of all is whether to accept RB Leipzig’s proposal of a contract extension and bigger salary. He has to tell them his feelings before the Euros, and whether he will stay and extend or leave and try a new experience.
Chelsea, Man United and Arsenal have presented their projects and all three clubs are waiting to hear from Benjamin Šeško.
They all have different projects, different ideas, a different vision and obviously different plans as well as different kinds of proposals in terms of salary.
I can guarantee to you that, as of today, Benjamin Šeško has still not decided where he will go, but he had some contacts with the clubs to understand about the projects and he will decide in the crucial days ahead.”

Chelsea will likely attempt to rebuild under the next manager, Enzo Maresca. There will be more flexibility in planning and executing their transfer strategy, letting them focus on bringing in players who share the same vision and approach.
The Blues have been linked with a variety of striker targets recently, including players like Victor Osimhen, who has been linked several times to the London club without appearing to be close to a deal. Yet, Benjamin Sesko is one target that is particularly gaining traction.
Although the Gunners have made an offer for Sesko, it has not matched the player’s worth, and Romano warns that even if it does, there is no certainty that he would transfer.
Sesko’s estimated transfer value (ETV) is €34.5m, which shot sharply from a season in which he scored 14 goals in 31 Bundesliga matches.
The player has a contract until 2028, but Leipzig is in negotiations over a new deal that will re-evaluate his salary and include a new release clause beginning in 2025 with a release clause of €65m.
The RB Leipzig striker is clearly in a good position now that everyone wants him, and he has the freedom to switch teams or stay put if he believes it is best for his growth according to Romano. The following two weeks will be quite fascinating as each of these elite teams makes their presentation to him.
