Cole Palmer has clinched the Premier League’s Hublot Young Player of the Season Award after a stellar debut season at Chelsea.

Since his arrival from Manchester City on deadline day, Palmer has consistently dazzled with top-notch performances in the Blue jersey.

The England starlet has notched up an impressive 22 goals in the league so far and provided 10 assists, tallying an impressive 32 Premier League goal contributions in just 33 appearances this term.

In addition to his goal-scoring prowess, the forward has equalled the likes of Chelsea legends Didier Drogba and Frank Lampard by matching their record of 16 home Premier League goals in a single season.

It’s a testament to Palmer’s exceptional talent and hard work that he’s been able to clinch such a prestigious award in his debut season. His remarkable performances have undoubtedly cemented his status as one of the brightest prospects in English football.

Amidst the celebration, Kobbie Mainoo of Man United took to Instagram to congratulate Palmer on his remarkable achievement. Mainoo’s gesture highlights the camaraderie among young talents in the league, despite competing for the same prestigious accolade.

Palmer faced stiff competition for the accolade, with standout players like Manchester City’s Phil Foden and Erling Haaland, Mainoo himself, Arsenal duo Bukayo Saka and William Saliba, and Tottenham’s Destiny Udogie also in the mix.
