A View From The Bridge

Chelsea star makes it into Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher’s Premier TOTS and it’s not a surprise

Chelsea star Cole Palmer gets nod in Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville Premier League teams of the season

Chelsea sensation Cole Palmer has been named in the Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville Premier League teams of the season. Alongside him, Erling Haaland, Phil Foden, Martin Odegaard, Rodri, Rice, Ben White, William Saliba, Gabriel Magalhães, and Destiny Udogie are also there.

The Sky Sports Instagram account posted their pundits’ team of the season with the caption ‘’ Neville and Carragher have made their picks for their Premier League Team of the Season,’’ with eyes and popcorn emoji.

Palmer’s team of the season was evident because his goals and assists spoke for themselves. The Blues have improved significantly under Palmer, positioning them as a top-table squad.

Not only has he been included in the team of the season, but the forward is also on the list of Premier League Players of the Season and Young Player of the Season.

In his first season, he is already making an impact, and the 22-year-old recently won April Player of the Month. These awards are enough to highlight how massive he has been for Chelsea and how the Blues managed to put their money into the right player during the deadline day.

He is doing it for a side, who are in the rebuilding process. Once Chelsea becomes a team that will contend for titles and other trophies, Palmer will further boost his status. And if Chelsea manages to qualify for the Champions League soon, he will have a chance to win big awards such as the Ballon d’Or.

Cole Palmer silences the away fans after scoring a goal.

There is no doubting his potential because of what he has accomplished this season, which is at a level that very few players can do with a struggling team. In certain games, he has taken responsibility and changed the outcome by himself.

Even at 22, he still has a lot of growth in him. With the correct coaching and direction, he will continue to grow with every season and establish himself as one of the finest players.
