Chelsea ready to go big for Brazilian duo, one already in the bag

Chelsea have reached personal terms to sign Estevao Willian

Chelsea bringing in Brazilian stars hasn’t been new news given the club has spent so much on the South Americans since the new ownership, and now the club is closing on reaching another deal after agreeing on personal terms with Estevao Willian and will now pursue his colleague Luis Guilherme.

According to TBR, (h/t Fichajes), Chelsea have set their sights on bringing Estevao Willian and Luis Guilherme and are ready to invest £80 million in the duo as they continue their spending spree on top-rated stars.

However, the Blues are already closing in on the signing of Willian after completing the verbal agreement, and now it is further revealed that the Blues will offer around €32 million plus add-ons in excess of the release clause value (€55 million).

The initial proposal could be €32 million plus €25 million in add-ons, based on Estevão’s performances. And once the 17-year-old deal is finalised, the Blues will make their next move to bring Guilherme.

Chelsea seems to bring in every talented player now because they know the South Americans have that different level of competitiveness, and we have seen it many times as the Blues have had the likes of David Luiz, Oscar, Ramires, and Willian in the past.

The 17-year-old, meanwhile, has the highest ceiling. Perhaps supporters won’t understand just how talented he is until he joins the Premier League, but considering how quickly Chelsea finalised the deal, they appear to have learned from their mistake in missing out on Endrick.

Todd Boehly has emphasised more on signing Brazilian youngsters.

Guilherme is another top-rated talent who plays for the Palmeiras on the right wing. Chelsea seems to be doing everything to bring the duo to the club next season, given that Willian will be 18 and eligible to play in the Premier League fans soon will witness how incredible he is.

Since the ownership changed, we have brought in a lot of young talent, and it appears that we intend to continue doing so since the club wants to provide with a platform for all highly regarded players who can showcase their abilities.
