Trevoh Chalobah, Ian Maatsen and Noni Madueke face an uncertain future at the club as this is the trio of players that Chelsea feel could generate a decent fee for them to reinvest into the January window.

Chalobah has seen himself linked away from Stamford Bridge for quite a while now, and the reason why he did not move in the summer transfer window earlier this year comes down to his injury which kept him out of action for a considerable amount of time.

Left-back Maatsen has only 12 senior appearances for the club, and a move might surely help him rejuvenate his career.
