Everton are now in huge despair as the club has been handed a 10-point deduction, which saw them drop to the bottom of the table.
Compared to Chelsea, City have been charged with 115 alleged breaches, and this could have a severe sanction on the club. While the Blues made secret offshore payments under Roman Abramovich, investigation is still going on.
