Chelsea could make a move for Jadon Sancho amidst Manchester United future uncertainty
Manchester United forward Jadon Sancho has been linked with a move to Chelsea in recent weeks and one can’t help but wonder why the club actually want to sign him.
What Sancho is undergoing at United is almost unheard of but Erik ten Hag has completely banished him from doing anything concerning the first team. We have seen player-coach fallouts before but none so dramatic.
In fact, ever since he made the move from Borussia Dortmund, Jadon Sancho hasn’t really gotten going at Old Trafford. Except for the odd flash of brilliance, the Englishman has been struggling to live up to his name.
Make no mistake, Sancho’s potential is obvious. What he did at Dortmund before his return to the Premier League is absolutely astounding. The fact that he could stand out in a team that had Erling Haaland is a statement on its own.
However, atmosphere is very important for a player to thrive and Sancho never had a good one in the red half of Manchester. The United fans are like vultures waiting for a dead body looking to pounce when an opportunity arises.
Sadly for Sancho, he started off poorly and since then, they never gave him a chance to get up. The fallout with manager Erik ten Hag was the final nail in the coffin and since then, there has been no sign of him.
It is highly unlikely that the English winger will play even one more minute as long as Erik ten Hag is the manager of United. A winter move could be on the cards with a number of clubs said to be interested.
According to Football. London, the Blues could look to sign Sancho and bring him to Stamford Bridge. A self-proclaimed Chelsea fan, we might not have a tough time convincing him to join us.

The question for us though is where do we plan on playing him? If we have a plan, then he is a no-brainer on the right deal. He has too much talent for it to not come good and it could be a matter of time and the right surroundings. Only time will tell if it is Chelsea though.
