“Preparing to go”- Agent of 21-year-old winger on Chelsea’s radar opens up on future plans

Agent of Chelsea target Mykhaylo Mudryk discusses his future

Speaking to Sport Arena as quoted by Football. London, the agent of Chelsea target Mykhaylo Mudryk has discussed the future of his client amidst interest from the Blues and Arsenal.

Alexey Alekhin has discussed the possibility of a January exit for the talented 21-year-old winger and whilst he said it depended on the club, he did not play down the links to Arsenal or Chelsea.

Mudryk is a talented young winger who plays for Shakhtar Donetsk. He is highly rated for his performances in the Ukrainian league. It is not a surprise that Chelsea or Arsenal are interested in him.

Arsenal are far more interested in Mudryk than Chelsea are but both clubs are very much in the race. If his Instagram stories are anything to go by, the 21-year-old seems to love the Gunners.

Currently, the two clubs are in a battle for the talented winger. Whoever can pay the asking fee of the Ukrainian club are likely to have the player provided Mudryk is okay with it.

Speaking in an interview about his client’s future, here is what Alekhin had to say about the talented winger and what the future holds.

“Mudryk is a Shakhtar player and the decision on his transfer will be made by the board of the club. Mykhaylo is now preparing to go with Shakhtar to the training camp.”

It is easy to see why two top Premier League clubs are interested in Mudryk. He is extremely talented and the potential is very obvious. He is bound to become a top player in the near future.

At Chelsea, he might find game time harder to come unless there are exits. It is the same with Arsenal though but should Mikel Arteta decides to rotate Saka, Mudryk would come into contention.

It remains to be seen which of the London clubs actually end up signing Mudryk. It’s only a matter of time before he moves from Shakhtar. The only question is where he will end up.
