Transfer News: Chelsea had no interest in Kingsley Coman
According to transfer news from Daily Mail, Chelsea have no interest in signing Kingsley Coman despite the player being linked with a move. Bayern Munich are keen on keeping the Frenchman with Julian Nagelsmann seemingly including him in his plans for next season.
Kingsley Coman has been touted to exit Bayern this summer. His new agent, Pini Zahavi is said to be looking for potential destinations for his client. The problem has been his contract extension.
Coman wants a pay packet similar to that of Leroy Sane, who joined from Man City last summer. However, Bayern are not in any hurry to do so as the 25-year-old still has two years left on his deal.

New Bayern manager Nagelsmann is keen on keeping the forward. But due to the discontentment, he has been linked with a move away. Manchester United and Chelsea were understood to be after the Frenchman. However, now it has been revealed that Chelsea have no interest in signing him.

Chelsea have a stacked squad at this point and there are one too many players in each position. While Coman would have been a fantastic player to go after, Chelsea need to go after players they really need. A new striker should be the priority followed by other signings.
