According to Football.london, Christian Pulisic is in no hurry to start talks about his future at Chelsea. Speculation has risen about his future as to whether he would be staying at the club after a drastic reduction in game time under Thomas Tuchel. There were even links to other clubs such as Manchester United, Liverpool and Bayern Munich.
While Tuchel did admit that he has been unfair in not giving more chances for Pulisic to impress, the whole situation did little to help as several clubs are now after him. The Everton game was another in a series of snubs for Pulisic as he has now failed to start even one game under Tuchel.
Prior to Tuchel’s arrival, Pulisic was one of the most important players for Chelsea under Frank Lampard. Under Tuchel, most players have received chances to showcase their talent. However, there seems to be no place for the USMNT star in the new setup under Tuchel.
He has played an alarmingly low 50 minutes in the last 3 games under the new manager. Yes, he did struggle with injuries this season but now finds himself on the fringes despite being fit. Tuchel seemingly cannot find a place for him in his new setup as the winger continues to struggle for minutes.
Nonetheless, Pulisic will wait until the end of this season to decide on his future and does not want to cause any problems at the club right now. He could well be one of the few players who could choose to leave the club in the summer.
