Tammy Abraham was the hero for Chelsea as they got back to winning ways against West Ham United on Monday night.

The Blues went into the match on the back of two successive Premier League defeats. While we may have lost ground in the title chase, the victory has saved us from falling even further.

Former Chelsea youth star Declan Rice had a goal disallowed for West Ham before Thiago Silva’s thumping header put us one up.

Abraham’s quickfire brace in the second half ensured Stamford Bridge was a happy place going into Christmas.
