Chelsea fans have been waiting a while to see summer signing Hakim Ziyech start a game for the club.
Now back from injury, the Moroccan made his full debut for the Blues away to Krasnodar in the UEFA Champions League.
In a showing that lived up to the hype, the 27-year-old put up a solid display. His night was rounded off well as he also scored his first goal for the club.
Over 11,000 Russians were in attendance as Chelsea delivered a footballing lesson to Krasnodar. Of them, just Roman Abramovich would have been left smiling by what he saw.
Now that he is getting back to his best, Ziyech can hopefully take the Premier League by storm.
