As confirmed by the club on Twitter, Chelsa have unveiled their 2020/21 home kit.
It appears that the club is hell-bent on planning ahead for next season, with transfers not the only focus. The noticeable difference is the change in the main sponsor, with mobile network company ‘3’ succeeding Yokohama Tyres.
The kit consists of a blue shirt, blue shorts and white socks. The shirt has a darker blue trim around the sleeves and the neck. It also has dark blue running along the side of the shirt, with “pride of London” embossed on.
Given the turmoil Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur find themselves in, we truly are the toast on the capital.
To the joy of environmentalists, Chelsea have confirmed that the kit worn by the players and the replica versions for fans are made from recycled polyester fabric, which is in turn made from recycled plastic bottles.
Fans can get a first-hand look at the kit in tonight’s match against West Ham United. Fans took to Twitter to give their opinions on the kit. We take a look at a few of them below.
