Blow for Chelsea as Real Madrid are set to announce the £87m signing of Blues superstar

On the cards: Los Blancos set to make huge Hazard announcement after Europa League final

Real Madrid are set to announce the signing of  Eden Hazard after Europa League final, reports L’ Equipe (h/t AS) And the report also states that the Los Blancos have signed the Belgium ace for a stunning £87million.

Hazard remained steadfast with his decision as he always preferred Madrid as his destination. And now he is closer to living his dream. Without a doubt, Hazard would go down as one of the best players to have ever played for the Blues.

Since moving to Stamford Bridge in 2017, the former Lille player has been an integral part of the Blues, playing more than 350 games.

He has won 5 major honours with the North London club, including the Europa League in 2013. As far as the individual awards are concerned, Hazard has garnered a legion of honours in the process, making him one of the best players of his generation.

Still, the attacking midfielder hasn’t shown any signs of slowing down this season as he has bagged an eye-catching 34–goal tally.

Hazard scored the winning penalty in last week’s Europa League semi-final clash against Eintracht Frankfurt.
