Chelsea needed a last-minute goal from Ross Barkley to rescue a point against Manchester United. The Blues started the game on the front foot and took the lead through an Antonio Rudiger header in the 21st minute.
United didn’t threaten much in the first half, and we went into the break with a slightly deserved lead. Things changed in the second as the Red Devils turned up to play and scored twice via Anthony Martial.
It seemed we were destined for our first loss of the season but some madness in the United box allowed Barkley to lash home the equaliser. There were some ugly scenes as Jose Mourinho was goaded by a Chelsea coach after the Englishman’s equaliser.
The draw kept us at the top of the table until Manchester City and Liverpool played later on Saturday. Although we started as slight favourites for the game, a point now seems like a huge result.
A number of fans were relieved with the result while some wanted the likes of Alvaro Morata and Willian to be sold.

Before we start pointing fingers. Let’s remember that we can’t win all games. Good game by Chelsea. On to the next one. Next time let’s start Pedro

Please Sari don’t ever bench Giroud for Morata until he (Morata) finds his fitness. Did you see the energy in the last 10mins? That’s how we roll at Chelsea!!!
