Juventus have entered the race to sign Chelsea target Aaron Ramsey, according to the Daily Mail. The Welshman will be a free agent at the end of the season and is also wanted by Liverpool, as per the report.
Ramsey will be free to discuss terms with foreign clubs in January and the report claims that Juventus could agree on a deal with lucrative terms in the winter window.
The 27-year-old has made six Premier League starts this season and has one goal and a couple of assists in the competition.
Juventus have made it a habit of signing players on bargains with Emre Can joining them on a free at the start of this season.
The report adds that if the Welshman moves on a free, he could earn up to £250,000 a week. Although the Arsenal man prefers to stay in England, a near guarantee of medals and playing alongside top players such as Cristiano Ronaldo could propel him to join the Old Lady.
Chelsea already have options for their midfield but signing a player like Ramsey on the cheap is a tantalizing proposition.
The Welshman could develop into a better player under Maurizio Sarri and he would certainly thrive under the Italian’s attacking tactics.
