Eden Hazard is ready to sign a new deal and stay at Chelsea, according to Gazzetta dello Sport (h/t Calciomercato).
The report claims that the Belgian will be offered a €18 million-a-year deal and will sign the agreement soon.
Hazard has been the best player in the Premier League this season but the report adds that the Belgian was linked with a move to Real Madrid.
The Belgian was being targetted as a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo but the report claims the player will remain at Stamford Bridge till the end of the season.
This will come as great news for all Chelsea fans and Hazard was quoted by Sky Sports (h/t Football.london) that he is willing to finish his career in London.
“I can finish with Chelsea. No problem at all. I am very happy with this club, with the team, my family is happy here. So If I don’t go to Spain, it is not a problem.
“I love the fans – I think the fans love me. What happens in the future, I will be happy, so that’s it.”
It will be interesting to see if Hazard does sign a new deal and a number of fans were excited at the prospect of our star staying at the club till his retirement.
Hazard will definitely not force a move away from us after watching all of his latest interviews, he isn’t that type of guy to do so. That only means one thing boys.

Just a matter of time Hazard signs a new contract. Bruce Buck and Maurizio Sarri are determined to make him stay. Sarri has always been ‘I would try to win’ sort of manager. He’s making such bold statements to secure his contract.
It’s coming guys. EH10 for life💙💙💙 https://t.co/UG1qbS7AK7
