Chelsea are one of the few clubs with a 100% winning record after two Premier League games. The Blues brought in a new manager in Maurizio Sarri and the Italian has seen wins over Huddersfield Town and Arsenal so far.
The game against the Gunners was a real test for the side but Marcos Alonso came up with the goods. The Spaniard scored late to help us to a 3-2 win and Sarri must expect another three points when we face Newcastle at St. James’ Park.
The Blues have a pretty set starting XI but there could be a change or two.
Predicted Chelsea XI
Formation: 4-3-3
Manager: Maurizio Sarri
Kepa Arrizabalaga (GK)
The Spanish youngster was not at his best against Arsenal but he should get better with more games under his belt.
Marcos Alonso (LB)
Alonso has been one of our most consistent players and the Spaniard will be a threat in dead-ball situations against Newcastle.
David Luiz (CB)
Luiz has done a pretty decent job under Sarri and it will be interesting to see how he does against a tough-looking Newcastle side.
Antonio Rudiger (CB)
The German should partner Luiz at the back, similar to the previous games this season.
Cesar Azpilicueta (RB)
Azpilicueta is another consistent player for the Blues and it would be a major surprise if we drop him against Newcastle.
Ross Barkley (CM)
Barkley has started both our games in the Premier League and the Englishman should remain in the side to face Newcastle.
Jorginho (CM)
Jorginho is another player who should keep his spot in the starting XI.
N’Golo Kante (CM)
Sarri has deployed Kante in a more advanced role and the World Cup winner should continue in the same position against Newcastle.
Eden Hazard (LW)
Willian had started our previous games but Hazard should return to the side against the Magpies.
Alvaro Morata (ST)
Morata scored an important goal for us in the 3-2 win over Arsenal and the former Real Madrid striker should aim to get on the scoresheet against Newcastle too.

Pedro (RW)
The Spaniard has started both our games so far and he should be facing Newcastle on Sunday.
