Chelse have rejected a £50million bid for Brazilian star Willian, according to the Daily Mail. The report also claims that the representatives of the winger were in Barcelona as well.
Barcelona won the league and cup double last season but they still want to add more players to the side. The Catalan giants want Willian to link up with fellow Brazilian Philippe Coutinho at the Nou Camp.
The 29-year-old Willian is with the Brazil side for the World Cup and helped us pick up the FA Cup last season. However, his relationship with Antonio Conte was not the greatest and even Manchester United have been linked with the Brazilian.
We did reject the £50million for Willian but the report claims that Jose Mourinho and United would offer more than the amount bid by Barcelona.
It would be a huge blow for us to lose Willian, especially since Antonio Conte seems to be leaving the club ahead of the new season.
The Brazilian, even in what can be called an average season for the club, scored 13 goals in all competitions and provided 8 assists.
Willian might be 29 but he still is one of the players that always gives it his all for the club. Losing him would put us in a bit of a sticky situation as we won’t be able to find a quality replacement on the cheap either.

Chelsea might try to get more for the player but we should not be looking to sell him at all, especially if it comes to our rivals, Manchester United.
