Chelsea fans erupt on Twitter as Blues beat Southampton to reach FA Cup finals

Chelsea booked their place in the FA Cup final (their second in two years), as they defeated Southampton 2-0. We beat the same opponents eight days ago as we came back from being 2-0 down and the man who helped us to three points was at it again at Wembley.

Olivier Giroud came off the bench to score in that dramatic 3-2 win and the Frenchman opened the scoring here as well, showing composure and finishing ability after the half-time break.

Antonio Conte hasn’t had the best of times in recent months and even though we have a tough task to make it into the top-four, a charge cannot be ruled out and the FA Cup final against Manchester United could still make it a decent enough season for us.

We finished the Saints off as Alvaro Morata scored in the 82nd minute and ensured there is a chance of silverware this season for us.

For all the tough times we have been through, we can end it on a high and looking back at the game, here are some of the best reactions.
