Chelsea was the only English team to finish second in their group after surrendering their lead, thanks to a 1-1 draw against Atletico Madrid in the final group game. It was always going to be tough to avoid some of the big names who had topped their respective groups in the Champions League and well, we got one of the teams that no one would have wanted to face – Barcelona.
The La Liga leaders have been in great form while we have been stuttering domestically this season but one thing is for certain; if we play like we always have done against the Catalans, reaching the quarter-finals would not be that tough a proposition for us.
