As Antonio Conte becomes yet another manager to take charge of Chelsea, the onus is very much on the Italian to last throughout his contract at the club. 2. Focus on Eden Hazard

Eden Hazard is someone who has the potential to become the best in the world. It is imperative for Conte to get Hazard playing at the 2014-15 levels. In fact, Hazard can achieve even more if managed well. Early signs are good, as the Belgian no longer tracks back with the same level of intensity as under Mourinho. This allows him to be ever present in counter attacking situations without the risk of tiredness. The Belgian, who was criticized for his poor form in the previous campaign, has been looking set on track this time around and the manager needs to ensure that he should continue his run throughout the season.

3. Playing Beautiful Football

Attractive football has always been the biggest factor for blues owner Roman Abramovich. After all, the Russian fell in love with the sport after having watched an iconic game between Manchester United and Real Madrid – probably two of the most attractive teams to watch in 2003 – and he cannot be blamed for expecting the same from Chelsea. There have been situations where results were important than style; Chelsea are in that situation as they need to qualify for the Champions League more than playing beautiful football. However, the latter will be the ultimate objective for Conte once he shapes the squad in his image.
