Chelsea are looking to bring in Graziano Pelle into the Stamford Bridge this summer after the Blues manager Antonio Conte asked Chelsea transfer committee to bring the player into the squad.
The Southampton player has provided excellent displays with 30 goals in 81 appearances for the club and further had excellent form in the Euro 2016 under the incoming Blues Boss.
While Chelsea have approached the player they remain intent on signing Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid this summer and their interest on Pelle and Morata with Batshuayi’s move to the club already done with points to Diego Costa’s exit from the club. Costa did not have a good season, with the first half on the bench and the second half of the season taking most of the responsibilities on helping Chelsea save their faces, which also ensued a not so good relationship with fans and the Club itself.
While Pelle may not be the fastest player he does have the strength and precision to direct his teammates towards a goal and that can be an added benefit Chelsea can do with.
