Chelsea may be looking to let go of Loic Remy this summer if the Blues talks with Mario Gomez over a permanent deal stall.
Gomez had a an impressive season on loan at Besiktas last season, scoring 26 golas in 33 appearances and Chelsea are keen on bringing the player back to the Stamford Bridge.
Remy has started only nine Premier League matches since his move to the Stamford Bridge in 2014 from QPR in a £10.5m deal. The player has struggled with injuries last term although the player believes that he can still make an impact at the Stamford Bridge. Further reports suggest that the 29 year old player is wanted by the Turkish side Besiktas.
Chelsea have already brought in one striker into the squad. The Blues have signed Michy Batshuayi on a £33m on a five year deal from Marseille. Further the Blues are keen on keeping Diego Costa albeit the vocal interest from the player’s former club Atletico Madrid.
