The blues will experience one of the toughest transfer windows this summer as with no European competitions, bringing new players in will be a tough job. Chelsea do need at least 4-5 new faces this summer in order to challenge for the top four next season. He has all the tools required to be one of the best at his position and with Valencia currently in turmoil, Chelsea can secure his services for not that high a price. The 24 year old is a solid defensive midfielder who can be said as the future Portugal captain is just the type of player that Chelsea need next season.
