Gianluca Vialli, a former manager at Chelsea has spoken to BBC about Eden Hazard’s future and he has warned the talented midfielder that if there is no change in the Belgian’s attitude then he will be out of the team.
Eden Hazard was one of the standout performers for Chelsea up until last season where he failed to live up to the expectation under Jose Mourinho and also Guus Hiddink. In the past, he has been linked with a move to Real Madrid and the possibility is still present. While Antonio Conte is thought to be willing to keep Hazard, Vialli thinks that unless the player starts putting in more effort the Italian may look to sell him.
Vialli mentioned that Conte likes hardworking players and if Hazard “doesn’t run he’ll be out”. He also felt that Belgium has failed to show any discipline in the game and that one of the reason for their 2-0 loss to Italy is too much freedom in the pitch.
