Chelsea are interested in signing Juventus midfielder Stefano Sturaro this summer, with the player currently working under Chelsea’s incoming boss Antonio Conte at France for the Euro 2016.
The player has made 31 league appearances for Juventus since signing from Genoa in 2014 and has featured in two of Italy’s three group games at Euro 2016.
However the Sturaro’s move from Juventus will create an intense bidding battle as Chelsea are set to face competition from Premier league rivals Crystal Palace who are also understood to be interested in signing the player. Palace are hoping to bolster their squad this summer after a serious dip in the form last season and thus are looking out to bring in Sturaro to boost their squad next season.
The player’s ongoing tryst under Chelsea’s incoming boss Antonio Conte may act as a plus point for the player’s move to the Stamford Bridge this summer, however, one cannot be sure regarding the news as Juventus’ stance regarding the same are not known.
