Chelsea’s former trainee Shabazz Omefe is ready to sign a deal to join Bristol City, in a short term deal after having impressed Bristol City Under-21 coach Wade Eliot during a trial during a period at Bristol.
The player headed out of the Stamford Bridge after having failed to make the grade at Chelsea and was picked up by the Aspire Academy, an organization, who help young players.
Omefe played for Walton and Hersham last season in the Ryman League and managed to impress Wade Elliot Bristol’s Under-21 coach during the trial period in Bristol. Thus the player is now set to move to Bristol city this summer.
