Arsenal are at it again. The Gunners are ready to pounce on Chelsea youngster Dominic Solanke as his contract talks have stalled, according to the Sun.
According to the report the player is currently demanding £50,000 per week as his wage and the Blues are reluctant to pay the 18 year old this kind of money. However this has alerted Arsenal and they are ready to offer a contract to the player though the amount is not disclosed. The money is not all that matters though as Solanke is also demanding that he be given a chance to compete with the first team next season. Now while Arsenal too may not be ready to offer such high wages they may actually give the youngster more chance to compete for a first team slot than Chelsea.
Given their past records where Arsenal has given chances to youngsters and Chelsea has not, it may be that Solanke may play in the red and white jersey next season.
