Chelsea and Tottenham are preparing to battle each other for the signature of Lukaku. Not the Everton player Romelu but his younger brother Jordan Lukaku. The 21 year old player is currently with Oostende and usually plays as left back for the team. However in 22 appearances he has scored 2 goals and the London based clubs are impressed with his performance.
The player will be out of contract at the end of the next season and may be available for £3 million. His elder brother Romelu signed for Chelsea in 2011 moving from Anderlecht but later moved to Everton. Currently he is the top scorer for Everton and has scored 20 goals so far this season.
The young Lukaku has played well for his club and the interest generated in Chelsea and Tottenham are not unwarranted, considering that the player may also be selected for Belgian team for the Euro 2016 at France. Well, looks like football runs in the family.
