Chelsea is currently in the bottom half of the table and looking at the situation of the Premier League it may very well be possible that the club will not qualify for Europe next year.
If that happens then Eden Hazard is likely to leave Chelsea as per Le 10. The French newspaper has spoken to Hazard’s entourage and were informed that the Belgian international absolutely wants to leave Stamford Bridge. The most likely destination? Paris Saint-Germain. Hazard’s partner is a French and she has been wanting to move from London to Paris for quite some time now and given the opportunity and right offer, Hazard may fulfill her wish.
Real Madrid are also interested in the player and Zidane is said to be very fond of Hazard’s abilities, but with their transfer ban and appeal things may get complicated. But nothing is concrete yet and if Chelsea get an inspirational and ambitious manager with a clear plan to glory, Hazard may be convinced to stay back another year.
Further, Guardian reports that the 25-year-old has said that he probably won’t say no, if PSG come calling.
“[It is] difficult to say no to PSG, or to any of the teams capable of winning the Champions League. PSG are now in that category. And for me, winning the Champions League is my main aim.”
