The Brazil born Spanish striker’s midweek comments on his future at Chelsea has sparkled rumours of him returning to the Madrid based side Atletico de Madrid. And with reported fallout between him and the Blues’ manager Jose Mourinho further coming into light, the days of the ex-Atletico man at Stamford Bridge may be numbered.

Also, the suffering of the current champions has been mainly due to lack of goals and poor attacks and the fact that Diego Costa has been struggling with his form probably suggests why he should be replaced. The fact that the striker has just 4 goals out of 22 matches at all competitions with 6 yellow cards further supports the claims.
