Porto president speaks out

Jorge Nuno Pinto da Costa, the Porto president that he can’t see Andre Villas-Boas succeeding at Chelsea.

The Porto supremo has come out and said it’s unlikely AVB will be able to make the team his own as long as the players are still in contact with Jose.

The Special One was so popular with his players that he is still regularly in contact with them.

After Saturday’s shocking display against Everton it’s believed that AVB argued with some of the senior players on Sunday.

He has to be careful, once you lose the players it becomes very difficult to get the dressing room back.

Despite the team’s poor displays, AVB has been linked with making a move to Inter in the summer if he’s sacked.
