Lamps going nowhere

Frank Lampard has come out and said that he is staying put and has no plans to leave Stamford Bridge.

There have been reports that the 33-year-old could be on his way to a new club, maybe even follow David Beckham and Robbie Keane to America.

Rumour has it that Lamps has fallen out with Andre Villas-Boas, and even though he scored the winning goal on Monday’s win against Wolves the tactitian didn’t speak to him on the coach trip home.

Nicolas Anelka is set to leave any day now and Didier drogba could also this this month but Lampard told the Evening Standard: “I am very committed, the thing is for me it is much easier when I’m playing regular games and starting, I will always stay completely behind the cause of Chelsea because it’s me now, Chelsea is my club.”
