Choices for Josh

Chelsea youngster Josh McEachran has to decide where to go on loan, both Aston Villa and Swansea are keen to sign him.

The 18-year-old central midfielder has found his first-team opportunities limited at Stamford Bridge and is keen to use a loan move to get some top flight experience so he can then be ready to battle it out for a starting place next season.

There are rumours that Alex McLeish feels that the talented left-footed playmaker would add value to the Villa midfield and Swansea boss Brendan Rodgers, wants to sign the player he has already worked with, when he was in charge of the Blues’ reserve team.

The youngster clearly has a future at the Bridge but needs to get first team experience, he has made 22 Premier League appearances and represented England’s Under-21 side seven times.
