Andre Villas-Boas has been charged with improper conduct, after making comments about referee Chris Foy following the loss to QPR.
The Chelsea tactician admitted he was “very aggressive” with the referee following Jose Bosingwa and Didier Drogba dismissals.
During the 1-0 derby defeat as well as the two red cards, seven other Blues were booked during the match.
Chelsea were fined £20,000 for failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.
Having been charged with improper conduct, AVB has until 1600 GMT on 15th November to respond.
