Could Drogba go?

published :

With Andre Villas-Boas having delayed his contract talks with Didier Drogba could mean that the Ivory Coast international could leave the club.

The delay by the Portuguese manager could come back to haunt the club as it is thought the Blues could now face a battle to keep him at Stamford Bridge.

Bayern Munich may make a move for the 33-year-old when the transfer window opens in January, and if the clu has not made an agreement then AVB may well cash in.

It has recently been reporteded that he has already rejected moves to both Spurs and Galatasaray as he wanted to stay and fight for his place but with Fenrando Torres being the first choice striker he could leave.

There is no doubt AVB is looking to devlop a young side but experienced players like Didier Drogba are key to the club’s future success, they can help the yopungster come through.

This very much reminds me of the Joe Cole scenario and i wont be surprised if the club withdraws their offer by the end of the season. The fact is Drogba hasnt played well for some time now. People have put so much focus on Torres yet the likes of Drogba continued to underperform unnoticed. At 33 i will be surprised if he improves massively. It may turn up to be a good decision if he leaves.

CHELSEA SHOULD NOT EVEN THINK OF GOING ALONG WITH OUT DROGBA , BECAUSE HE IS CHELSEA AT THE MOMENT.
